Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2026.
Legal age at every handoff
You must be at least 19 to browse as a customer, submit an order or accept a delivery. Government photo ID is mandatory at the door, and the order cannot be released without it.
Order requests require acceptance
An online submission asks Ilderton Weed Delivery to review an order; it is a request, not a completed purchase. The request moves forward only after confirmation of the selections, amount and delivery plan.
Availability, pricing and sample promotions
Items and prices originate with supplier information that may change. Displayed deals are examples until the desk confirms eligible products, the offer and the resulting total for the specific request.
Estimated arrival and order thresholds
The quoted delivery window is an estimate affected by route and road conditions. Orders require at least $40, delivery is free over $80, and any applicable smaller-order fee appears before approval.
COD settlement
Payment is collected COD at the door for the total approved by text. There is no requirement to pay through the website, and the recipient should be present with both payment and identification.
Responsible use and support
Follow label information, keep cannabis inaccessible to children and pets, and do not operate a vehicle while impaired. Send terms or order questions to [email protected].
